I bought a Nextech memory card 4 in 1 adapter from them, and it stopped working when I was transferring data to it. I had the reciept and went to return it (I read the return policy on the back which stated they accept it back within 30 days) I bought it on July 20th, and took it back on August 9th) I only used it once before the 9th. The employee informed me I was wrong about the return policy even though it said everything in fine print. I didn't want a refund. He said he wouldn't back up what the reciept said, and he pushed a laminated piece of paper that said the same thing the reciept said. He kept saying "Do you want me to highlight where it says that he doesn't have to take it back like I'm some kind of idiot that needs to have it highlighted so I can read his imaginary rule. The guy seemed to like making a Customer mad, and that's what he did. I informed him that I am a Manager in retail, and I would never treat a customer like this making up the rules as I go along, and then stating that he is just following company poilcy when I told him he clearly was not. He also said "Good for you that you're a Manager in a mocking tone" A:He's not following the company return policy, and B:I'm sure that making customer's mad is not the company policy. He finally gave in after I asked him how many days is it since I bought it. He said 19. I said there you go, you're reciept says 30 days, and it says that you don't take back Apple products or Beats headphones. I told the guy that I would like to speak to the Manager, and he said I am the Manager. God forbid that someone who is that rude and mocks his Customers. Lastly, He said I will exchange it for you this time only, but not next time. I told him that's great because there won't be a next time. Your product is inferior, you treat your customers like dirt, and you just made me really angry, and ruined my night.
