Rude cashier. Exchange/return unopened new item within time frame permitted and cashier took over with attitude rip the box open to inspect inside like treating customer like fraud. Been shopping with Sephora over 10 years first time return something and this was a very disappointing experience.

Went there 9/13/20 around 12pm and had awful experience with the staff members. The two ladies at the front door couldn’t seem less excited about being there and the afterwards the lady that was showing me some products seemed to be in a hurry and made me feel like I was bothering her and that she just wanted to get rid of me. Cashier was okay, wasn’t bad but also didn’t made my day better. Went to the Park Royal unit just a week before this and had such a wonderful service that it got me by surprise how much change there can be from one location to another regarding good quality costumer service. Even my husband noticed and told me not to go there anymore because it’s not worth it. Also, rare beauty out of stock signs were not updated. Even if you have the time order it from home or go to another location.
