Hey, I brought my phone to be repaired (screen) needed replacing. They quoted me 350$ and then ended up charging me for other parts. They damaged my front camera and asked for an additional 270$ to have it fixed. The total I paid was 510$. I refused to fix the other parts but if I did they would have charged me over 800$. Ripoff.

I had this piece of shit phone since June 26 2019 ot was fine and I have been having trouble since last year with it dropping my calls off and freezes and im so tired of this and my 2 years program ends June and I'm looking into getting a new phone and have the rest of this program payments to be transferred to my new phone

In July we returned a tablet cover in 100% new condition to the Burnaby store for refund within a week of purchase. As the item was bought online, they would not issue a refund, but insured us once the package reached Ontario they would credit our account. Six months later and many aggravating hours on the phone,text, chat, email and in person with so called 'customer service' agents, we have still not received our money. We returned the item, they lost it, we do not received refund. This is a very peculiar business strategy. Our family, friends and colleagues will not buy from them in the future. Samsung Experience. It is to be avoided.

My husband returned a book cover for my Galaxy Tab to the Experience store in Metrotown in summer. They said allow up to three weeks for refund. Since that time we have spend hours talking to various customer service people to no avail. We've called, chatted, wrote emails. Each time they ensured us they would solve the problem and get back to us. They never did even once. We are so disappointed, as we have been loyal Samsung customers for sometime. We are now jumping ship. They call it Samsung Experience. Well, its been an exceeding painful one. We're out nearly $100 and have nothing to show for it but frustration. Beware people.
