Our family have been their loyal customers for over 10 years. However, their receptionist Cathy's service was awful. When we tried to cancel an appointment well in advance (2 days in advance). She threatened to charge our VISA they had on file and hung up our phone. When we tried to call back to speak to their manager, she pretended the manager wasn't there and yelled at us for making this such a big issue and then hung up the phone again. Out of my whole life this was the worst customer service I was ever given. I do not recommend going to this Dental until they hire a proper receptionist who can provide "satisfactory" customer service.
