this location , poor staff, I waiting in line for an hour, then advise that i cannot get those Id's unless i get an original. But i told the Staff - man late 20's, this is the proof already from e-document that was sent by CIC, in the email. He did not read the documents that i am holding into. It said on the document. You will not be receiving a plain paper, uncertified VOS Document. Your electronic copy is acceptable at all Service Canada
licence | by Jemma Downes on Dec 31, 2020
i renewed my bc drivers licence mid october, i was given an interim dl and told that i would recieve my new licence in 2 to 3 wks. A couple of days ago, 28 dec. i had reason to get some information from my licevce and to my horror i saw that my interim had expired and i had not yet recieved my new card. on phoning my branch and questioning the situation i was noncholantly informed that maybe it was lost in the post and that i would have to go in and get another interim. I am a senior citizen (79) (and a covid 19 risk), I am expected to go on public transport (another Covid 19 risk) into metrotown mall (another covid 19 risk) and yet I am expected to stay at home as much as possible with no car to take me safely anywhere. With all our modern technology why is this situation so difficult. Go into your computer, do a video conference, take a snapshot and down load an interim l. Or better still icbc must have all my records and photo from October and again issue me another interim on line or even better still just issue a new card and send it express post. covid 19 risk) I am expected to take public transport (covid 19 risk)
