They missed the target on customer service 100%! Changing room on the men's section of the lower levels states closed and any clothes purchase could be return later if it doesn't fit? Went upstairs to pay -(no cashier service on the lower level?) Ask the cashier how long I have to make the return if the pants doesn't fit - the manager replies this is a non refundable purchase?? WTF!!?? Waste of time!!

I went to metrotown h&m looking for a dress and let me tell you that store is big with two floors, but luckily one of the workers helped me. i think her name was Maria. she made my experience around the store 100% easier and she was a delightful and friendly. 10/10 would go back there!

I bought 2 shirts of same pattern one of XL size & one of the M size. Unfortunately after one wash the XL size became M size. When i went to store after almost 15 days they ask me for the bill & the M size shirt was untouched they say no to me because I don't have bill I throw that shirt in garbage in the store
