i totally agree with the previous comments shouldve been more aware sadly like the others i find the quality to be rather poor for the price wish i hadnt bought anything but the workers espically the owner are so pushy - i couldnt shop in peace!

Avid shopper, but most of the stuff dont last especially ive been washing more bc of covid so i would hope that the quality for the price i paid would last but no its NOT worth it, sadly its now just a waste of money at this point to continue to buy here

i was so excited for the metrotown location but after purchasing im really disappointed in the overall the quality - its really not that great or worth the price. most of the GOOD stuff never go on sale its like they want you to buy the crappy "couturist" brand and leave all the actually good quality brands alone

Store quality has ben declining for a while, I use to shop here often but the prices are outrageous for the quality of clothes. Management says theyll fix but its only a temporary job and falls apart after you get home.

The store has good products overall and the styles are nice, but when I was paying for a long asymmetrical faux leather skirt at the counter I am almost certain that when I was not paying attention and signing up for their program that they switched out my skirt for one that had a few tiny mishaps. I know this because not only was the tag different, the skirt that I tried on did not bunch up at the zipper like the one I put on again once I already got home to style with. I'm quite disappointed with this company that they had done this under my nose. I will still buy their clothes because I like the styles there but as a warning keep a close eye on your products once you hand them to the cashier.
