Around a month ago I had my hair done at the salon. My regular hairdresser had moved away so I tried one of the other stylists recommended (Linda). My previous stylist left directions and colour formula of how she did my hair (I saw her for 4 years). The new hair stylist took over and she burnt an excessive amount of my hair off with the bleach out (I always had none to very minimal breakage, I have been doing a bleach out for years and years...

After going here my hair is ruined. It's falling out and breaking off I cannot style it at all! I cry like three times a week because my hair is so messed up. This salon ruined my hair! It has been two months since this horrible visit and my hair is literally shorter because of all the damage they caused. I asked for a specific cut and she didn't cut it that way AT ALL. She also chopped my bangs so short that they stuck straight out for a month. I am appalled. I reached out to speak to a manager and I was shut down more than once. I still haven't heard back. I will never go back there,they obviously don't know what they are doing. They only care about getting you in and out and taking your money. F this place. It shouldn't be qualified as a "salon" Metrotown location
