Employee did not understand my product enquiry had to ask twice. intreprpted i was asking about another store when I was not. Last time in the store was informed all i will have to do next time is give my phone # for loyalty program. It became stressful becasue that was not true i gave my ph # & it did not auto get me into loyalty prog. Carmen then argued that i had not purchased the product from last time, which i had applicator for oil in ear. She correctly rang up my today's purchase & apologized for my experience. I left feeling very frustrated.
