Me and my hubby went to Aldo Metrotown the one on upper level to return something and maybe shop and look around. While returning the item, the staff ordered my hubby to wait at the corner because of covid thing. Sure, I understand about the covid rules and restrictions. The guy/staff didn't stop from talking. He said that they're trying to control the people coming in the store so my hubby could've wait outside since we'renot buying anything. I answered back that there's supposed to be someone watching their door to control people coming in as most of the stores doing it. He said there's a sign at the front door says max 20 people max. I was like, are you sure this is 20 people max? When there was almost 40 people inside the store. My point is, why don't you guys try to control the people coming in instead of blaming us because there's two of us doing the returns. How do we know only one person is allowed to do returns. How do you know we're not buying anything. Of course we want to look around too, but because of that rude staff, we left the store. You guys will be lost customers and income because of the rude and dumb staffs. Fyi, I brought my hubby because he's the one who's paying for what I shop.
