I contacted Randeep at Tbooth and at the time of acquiring a new phone and plan, he provided great service. He sold me a plan with 0.5gb and said he added a 1Gb Bonus promo offered on Black Friday. A few days later I noticed that the bonus was not added. Randeep suggest I call customer service at Rogers. I called Rogers and they told me to contact TBooth. After contacting Randeep he indicated that it was a Rogers error and that I should continue to use phone and data plan as discussed and that Rogers had to manually update the plan in the system. A week and 1/2 later and multiple phone calls with minimal response except that I should wait and be patient, I had not heard anything back. How long does it actually take to correct an error? My guess is that Randeep has done minimal followup as noted by his lack of response or acknowledgement of my texts and voice messages. After expressing frustration at the status of the plan, Randeep indicated he would call back and advise. It has now been more than 2 weeks since I first advised of the error and still no correction. I can say that follow-up and customer service is not a strong point at this location. I am now over my data plan limit and am uncertain as to how they plan to address this issue. Review by dissatisfied customer (now locked into a 2 yr plan with Rogers)
