When I want to do return I told Liza the sales associate that I got the items on full price and would the cheaper price. Plus my online order I would like to change size. She was rude by telling me “I’ve work here so long you don’t have to tell me what to do.” I tried to tell her my intention and she said” this is how we do it here.” The refund of full price wasn’t given in full coz she used the $10 off online orders.
