Rude pharmacist | by Ron Nielsen on Oct 16, 2017
The pharmacist that yelled at me over the phone and slammed the phone down on Sunday, October 15, 2017, about 10:30, should be fired immediately. Obviously she has no customer service skills and doesn't care about the patient. What did I do? I asked if they could refill my prescription for severe anxiety two days early (which LD's have done many times before)!! She told me my prescription was restricted and if I needed some pills, to go to Emergency or a walk in clinic. Why the attitude when there's never been a problem before, and why would I get another prescription when I have 5 refills? Transferred my prescription to Safeway and had it filled there, after their pharmacist told me that there were no restrictions on my prescription, and that there shouldn't have been a problem at LD filling my script two days early!! To the LD pharmacist, get rid of the holier than thou attitude and have a heart when dealing with patients with mental disabilities, although I'm sure you don't care about your customers!!
