When you shoot a roll of film and it does not go through the camera correctly you lose your photos. That happened to my seventeen year old daughter after her first trip to Halifax. None of the photos she was so proud of capturing were there. She was devistated. So when the manager of the photo department was a total prick about it, that added insult to injury. When I told him that we had only received one roll of digital prints made from the original color film via email. But had been told the original negatives were available for pick up he replied "That's correct" in a very snippy tone. Then showed us the totally clear negative strips. His manner was in no way sympathetic to my daughter's loss. The fault was clearly my daughters. She loaded the film incorrectly, and knew it. And was now in tears. So for the manager to behave like his only interest was to prove himself blameless was in no way necessary. In my opinion this man has no business in customer service. London Drugs has lost my business as a result of this incident.
