I call RBC Kensington and call goes to some remote answering service. Agent set up phone appointment with some guy named Norman for 10.00 am on the 25th. I put the morning aside. Waited but no call back. I tried this with the RBC at Hastings and Willingdon. I got some guy with a heavy accent I could barely understand. He said someone would call me back by the next day. Again, no call back. That's 2 for 2. Try 3 for 3 anyone? Totally sucks.

your idea to close certain banks is not making friends. The future idea to have people do all banking at home is a good excuse to lay off people no doubt! The non secure internet to do banking is foolish!
