I waited over 1 hour for the service, the representative showed me 2 estimates and I thought he knew what he was doing unfortunately when I called the westjet airlines they told me that my ticket should not have cost this much and there was a special bereavement rate for clients. I tried to get a hold of the person at silkway for some kind of refund but so far no response!! The representative knew I was going to a family funeral.Poor service.
