I ordered by phone 15 minutes before pick up but it end up waiting for my order still for another 20 minutes. Their excuse were they have to attend first the people who order up front. Then I said you should not take phone orders then. Also, they didn’t even bother to tell me I have to wait that long. They just want to take orders to make sales only and not considering delivering good customer service at the same time. I said, I ordered by phone to save time and not to waste time waiting. This is the 2nd time. Will not go back to this store.
