i am totally horrified i took my watch to them for servicing was running fast was told the could get it to about a minute a day they had it for 5 months because of having to returning it.Excuses old watch need time to ajust don't worry we will get it right hairspring.When i asked what repairs were being done Sungs son told me he did'nt no i don't talk to my Dad he is the owner.Got my watch back last week called said it was ready said the watch was still running fast.Again said old watch .when i got home found that some kind of tape for an inner repair below the tape was deep scratches on the movement.Called them back they said they would take the tape out.Now i have an expensive ruined watch that is worthless and out a bunch of repair money.Beware of this place.
