I was in West Oaks mall today and am very upset with how it is now. I can not believe the washrooms have been closed again. What are people supposed to do??? The note says to go to the retailer that you shopped in for a key. Really?????? I have to go but have to walk back to the retailer for a key that is in use by someone else. Lack of washroom use during Covid 19. That washroom services many stores and during this difficult time there is no washroom facility. Yes, I know it costs money to keep it up. If you're not shopping at Starbucks or Save-On-Foods there is nowhere to go.
