The service provided by Jesse at Ronsons Seven Oaks store in Abbotsford this last weekend was exemplary. It has been many years since I have experienced such superior care by any store employee. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products she sells and the anomalies of customers' feet, providing innovative solutions to ensure the shoes chosen fit perfectly. As well as her superior customer service, she is warm and friendly and inspires confidence by her professional demeanour. Jesse is the reason I have a new shoe store now - Ronsons.
