I am very disappointed with my last encounter with Time Master. I had taken a watch in a number of years ago to have a battery replaced. The service was great and the price ($10) was very fair. So I expected the same today. Was I shocked. The bill for a replaced battery was $28. I asked the owner about this, and his response was that he was a new owner, and this was the new price for changing a battery. I told him that I would not be back. He didn’t seem to care at all. I guess money is more important than customer service, more important than returning customers. I will not be back to Time Master and I recommend that you avoid this business.
