Today I received my new iPhone 13, my wife an I had some errands to run in Abbotsford so we decided to get the phone activated there. What a mistake, the young lady who we unfortunately ended up with, was not only rude but had absolutely no people skills whatsoever . We walked out and went to our own Telus store in Cottonwood Mall Chilliwack where the service was excellent .

The woman I dealt with today had no people skills yes I wasn't in food mood but she had attitude since I walked in claimed she didn't know how to do something the Telus guy I spoke with on the phone said to go there. Not impressed I would never recommend anyone to ever go there
