I shopped today, Sep. 09, 2021. There was no greeting when I walked in. When I was trying to find something, the sales lady was just looking at me from far away, not willing to help at all. I asked where the essential oil I was looking for. She just pointed to a shelf. No smile at all from the beginning to the end. Until I checked out, she never wanted to say any extra word, just the number of my total purchase.
