I came into the branch & dealt with Rupan Gill. I was shocked to be told that I didn't close my account. Told there was nothing they could do because the notation on my file didn't have a name in the comments when closing my account. After many insults being told I was lying & responsible for over $1000 in OD fees I left feeling defeated. I phoned head office & immediately had this resolved! I was accused of lying received NO solution by the bank

poor service, unknowledgeable staff, hard to deal with, some tellers have difficulty doing simple calculations without computer or calculator. One girl with dark long hair, Bala, is very loud and obnoxious.
