Usually I shop their; I have been Lid's customer since mid 90s when they first opened; I have hundreds of hats/head wear from Lids, Nonetheless, yesterday January 1st/2020, evening I walked-in Seven Oak Mall, Abbotsford, this guy/a bit chubby, was terrible/negative attitude & absolutely no greeting, serious face, forgot about his smile & service & asking me " May I help you"; and he did not move a bit from his position/or spot, I looked a around, then I asked him about sales and received Lids email; he pointed out with his head with negative attitude & whatever you see in store it's on sale and also said every store has different sale , not the same, his face says I was not welcome there; Essentially I found this guy racist attitude and serious terrible face; if Lids hire this type of guy/person, this store will go under and credibility/image will be very bad for the Lids; I did not expect; this guy should not be there to serve & work for Lids; what it really takes to put his efforts to greet and serve his customer and make the effort to sale and why even he is there; I was planning to get a couple of hats but walked-out of there with nothing bcoz of his racist attitude; absolutely there is no room for racism in todays world; he is not fit to ive among civilized people, I doubt it if he is sent to forrest/jungle, animals will not welcome him to live, you know what I am saying! As well, 2/3 weeks back I was in this store and there were 2 young guys and they approached me with smile/greetings and helped me with efforts; there were 2 torques I wanted to buy, but did not have them; they called Langley Guildford Surrey and Metrotwn stores, if they have them; This is what I am talking about !!! Furthermore, I was passing by around 5:30 PM (supposed to be closed @ 6 pm) saw closing the store door half; so that tells he is not interested to increase sale and serve customers; rest of the Mall stores did not see anyone closing any door half way; so now you figure it out !!
