I’m unhappy with the service that I received from the Abbotsford office. This morning I spoke with Jessica to inquire about my appointment for tomorrow (being Friday March 4/16). I know I had an appointment and could not remember the time. When I called they told me I did not have an appointment. When I got home I found the card indicating I did in fact have an appointment. I called and again I was told I did not have an appointment. I asked why was I having so many problems with this company. I was told to email this address. I asked for the girls name and she would not give it to me. I paid over $400.00 this year for my appointment and to have my glasses prescription changed. My first appointment was Feb 4th 2016 and to date I”m still waiting for my glasses. Today, I”m told they wont be ready until Tuesday. They will call me. The glass colour was wrong. This is the second year the same mistake has been made on the color. The service has gone down hill for this company or at least in this office. I asked for the corporate office number and was told I had to email. Once I get my glasses I will no longer go to this office for my services. Oh I will also be posting on my Facebook the poor service I received from this company.
