Avoid this business at all costs - completely incompetent!!!! I went in to have a chain shortened by 1 inch and they butchered the chain and shortened it by two inches - completely ruined. Won't take accountability for their mistake. I had to go and purchase a new chain and took my business elsewhere. The manager Becky is one of the rudest sales people ever, completely ignorant, and lacks a basic knowledge about jewellery. No customer service what so ever!!!!!

I NEVER CAN PASS THIS PLACE IN THE MALL WITHOUT LOOKING ITS AWESOME .BOUGHT MY DAUGHTER HER BIRTHSTONE RING HERE FOR CHRISTMAS THEY SIZED IT UP AND PUT IN BEAUTIFUL BOX I WASNT HOME THIS CHRISTMAS SO MY DAUGHTER PICKED IT UP WHEN THE SIZING WAS DONE THEY MADE HER FEEL SO SPECIAL SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS GOING THERE FOR AND THEY SUPRISED HER EVERYONE CRYING ME ON PHONE MY DAUGHTER ETC IT WAS AWESOME THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE WILL BE COMING BACK FOR ALL MY JEWELERY .
