On Thursday, September 6th, 2018, we went into Claire's at 7 Oaks in Abottsford, BC. We had Marti, Heather's wheelchair-bound 94 year old mother with us. Jackie greeted us and answered dozens of questions about ear piercing and sales on earrings. Ruthie decided to get her ears pierced and Jackie was professional and helpful. She allowed us to take pictures of the process, and was very kind when Marti tried to wheel herself around even though she's nearly blind. She was able to take care of our needs as well as attend to other customers quickly and professionally. She wasn't pushy and clearly and easily answered all our questions. She really made the whole experience a lot of fun. We'll definitely be going back next time we visit Abottsford.
