Could by aforementioned clerk is still working there with the same attitude. When moving to Abby I noticed that clerks were cheerful and helpful, but this one prompted me to write a review.

I went with my elderly mother to shop at the Tan Jay store at Seven Oaks this morning. The clerk in the store at that time was rude, impatient, snarky and totally inappropriate. Several other customers came in while we were there and she was equally unkind to us all. That kind of customer service is uncalled for and certainly not in the best interest of a retail operation. We won't be back. I do not know the clerk's name...another clerk came in while we were shopping. Her name is Rita...she is lovely and helpful....the other clerk is the one that's a problem.
