They have so many change rooms upstairs, but they are NEVER open. There will be a line up of 10 people waiting to use the downstairs ones, and they still don't open the upstairs ones.

I recently purchased a clothing item from this store. Almost immediately after the debit machine beeped and said approved, the cashier told me that they don't accept returns, and only give store credit. This I should mention was after dead silence, while I looked for my card and then paid. Why couldn't the cashier have told me that prior to purchasing the item? Is the staff here trained to wait until someone pays to tell them about their return policy? It almost seems that way, as the stores that don't offer refunds do so to keep the money in the store at all times. I liked the item that I bought when I got it, but now not so much. I feel like I've been ripped off in a way. It may sound silly, but I don't like the vibe of this place. I definitely wont be stepping foot in this store again. Deceiving your customers isn't a way to keep them coming back.

I have been to this location many times since it has opened and every time I am in I am grossed out buy how dirty and unorganized things are. On a consistent basis the staff are chattering about how under-staffed they are, and it shows by the state of the store. As time has gone on the general cleanliness of the store has deteriorated, with tape and stickers on the floor and dust bunnies the size of small mice under all clothing racks, in the cabinets and just generally floating around the store. It wouldn't hurt if management hired some more people and bought a vacuum or broom and used it regularly!

I showed up to the store half an hour before closing and had all the clothes I wanted to try on picked out within 10 minutes. I go to try on the clothes and they had told me their changing rooms were closed. I didn't understand what they meant since the store was still open for another 20 minutes. The lady said my only option was to come back tomorrow or buy the clothes but there's no option to fully return them if they don't fit. I work in retail myself so I know that's not the kind of experience customers should be receiving. I come to this mall often but I definitely won't be coming back to that store.
