I buy a lot of glasses been wearing glasses for 49 years. The last 10 or so years I have been using Lenscrafters and have never had a problem as they have an extraordinary warranty program. My recent visit to the Abbottsford lencrafers store was a real pleasant experience. Timea sold me my glasses she was spectacular as well as the rest of the staff. Timea as well as the rest of the staff went above and beyond for service I received.
