Went to the St.Albert location where I buy most of my clothes. I got two tops for my birthday and I didn’t have a receipt. All I wanted to do was get ones that fit better. They have the tags and everything on them. The lady at the desk said no receipt they can’t help me. Dumb policy sometimes you just don’t have your receipt. It’s clearly their merchandise. I’m very unhappy and I will not spend another cent in that store. That is terrible customer service. I won’t even give you one star.
