I was looking at joining bell from another company, wanted to talk to the store manager to see if we can work our a deal on a 20 line plan for my business. went to the store 3 times to try to talk to the manager and the sales person told me he was not there. So the last time I went i asked why is the manager never there, and the rep said that the manager goes to work out at a gym during his shift and really does not stay in the store. I get really mad because I have been there 3 times and he not there all 3 times, I finally went to Rogers to get my business lines the service there very good got me set up very quickly. I think the manager at bell was Dan or Dick I do not recall but he lost my business but I dont think he even cares. If stars can be less then 1 I would give it that, they don't care about my business very bad store I do not reconmend anyone go to the store they don't care. Manager never at work!!!!!
