We ordered 12 coffee cups ,cream and sugar to go and I would pick it up in 15 minutes. I called at 11 am on September 21 2022.Did not know it was cool till we started pouring , was no amused. It was too late to bring it back as we were at a birthday party. It seems employies should be a lot more better at take out coffee
