Got a regular manicure and cost me over 35.00, very expensive, didn't even get a hand massage out of it either. You go there, say you want manicure, no color, then they say about a little color what about ... then you say ok & price jumps and they don't tell you. That is bad customer service. if you want me to upgrade then tell me it is upgrade not make it sound like it is part of the same price... deceiving sale tactics.. bad bad bad.
