Not the pharmacy but one pharmacist specifically, rude, uncaring and unprofessional conduct. Am filing a complaint with HPA/ACP.

I called the pharmacy to find out if there was a generic brand of champix, and if there was to get any information on it. I spoke with a gentleman named Colin, who I found was not friendly nor eager to help me. He gave me one word answers and I had to prompt him for the price of the product or any additional information. Because of his unfriendly and unhelpful attitude, I will not be buying the product I need from Walmart pharmacy.
