I am writing this in real time. It’s 12:58, December 27th 2018. The two ladies at work are so incompetent that I was standing in the store for 3 -5 minutes and they failed to even look at me. They did not even acknowledge me, let alone assisting me. I was there to upgrade my plan and phone. Dear Telus, you should really make sure your workers k ow what customer service means.

Very poor service. I have gone in 3 separate times for assistance with my phone and received poor attitude and no help each time. Very embarrassing for the company.....
