I was in recently to do an exchange. After approaching the counter I realized I had forgotten an item. The two young clerks standing nearby never spoke or looked my way. They continued. to chat with each other while the only other customer appeared to be fending for herself with no help from the clerks. Very bad impression! Management needs to speak to these two.
