What happened to the online lookup you had previously in the stores? I am a handicap person and can not walk around a lot and now I have to walk all over the store to find some books only to find out you don't have what I'm looking for and I have to go online to order the books I want. I don't have a bank account so I can't order online unless I borrow some one else's card. It was much easier to find, purchase and have it delivered IN THE STORE!!
