I put a deposit on a vacation through one of their agents. A couple weeks later she talked me into buying "insurance" in case I had to cancel so that I wouldn't lose my deposit. I did end up having to cancel and the owner not only refused to refund my deposit, she also refuses to give me the reference number. They literally stole my money. Do not use this agency, unless you want to get give your money away and get absolutely nothing, not even a vacation, in return.
