there is a T intersection where the gas station used to be located, with Rickys on the adjacent side. now they have zoned that area for something else and it was an perfect time to change the intersection and make it less a headache for people coming into the landing, but they kept it the same. people coming in have to go left or right with no signage saying who has right of way, plus people coming out have to navigate aroun concrete abuttments

I am a small business out of Stony Plain. Today I met my mother at Village Landing. She is from Legal and we use this strip mall to get most of our city needs. I meet her today. Breakfast at Ricki's as we do all the time. We then moved my car out of the way so other patrons could use spots close to the restaurant. We have done this for years. We had an appointment at the doctors today. Then I planned on getting Pics done at the Shoppers Drug mart. Lunch was to be at Mr Sub and if we had time we love to go into the Dollarama. Today I did not need gas but generally I will get gas at Domo also. Well, This is the first time ever when I got back to my car there was a parking ticket saying I exceeded my 3 hours. There was absolutely no signage anywhere near where I parked advising of the policy. There was a sign saying Private property of Village Landing but nothing about a time limit. I called the Diamond parking and they advised there is signage everywhere. I was so upset I did not and will not patronage the businesses anymore in this location. It is really unfortunate that the businesses that pay high rental or leases have to suffer from the money hungry parking lot patrol people. If you see this please share with other especially if they are coming from out of town and want to use their parking lot.
