I had open an account to receive$ 300 bonus . I follow all procédure to set up new account with direction of bank employés. Almost 4 month still havent recived my bonus . I contacted branch manager he reply me that i did not follow procédure to take bonus. I said how come its possible, even if Each and every step get done by bank employés. Branch manager reply me that felt sorry for mis direction. Whos responsable to guide customer? This is totally unfair . I will never ever visit this branch.
