Only reason we gave it a 1 star because we had to. The worst customer service EVER. STAY AWAY and do not waste your money here. Ali is rude, arrogant, unprofessional.Unpleaseant to deal with. We don't know how he is still in business.

Ali was great at first but turned arrogant and rude. Purchased 2 mag boxes and both were crap after awhile. In the beginning I recommended him but now I wouldn’t. Never expected to receive such remarks when asking for information especially being in the customer service.

I paid him the money for a full year and then some of the channels wouldn't work and others would lag. I like to give chances so I said it's fine, it is probably a one-time issue. But 2-3 weeks pass and the same issues occur. Then I contact the business owner, and he says that only 85% of the channels work. So I ask him to put us on a different server where all of them work or refund us the rest of the months. Says nothing can be done, arrogantly

rude and arrogant. Was having issues with my box (keeps freezing). Had asked for assistance on how to troubleshoot and was replied back with rude answers and comments.. Being told I should have made better decisions after I paid for the full year and telling me he didn't have to help me at all, is not how except to be treated from a local business . Ali i recommend that you take a course on how to run a business. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising. Have a good day.

Great service & very knowledgeable.I would definitely recommend this service from First Choice TV. I purchased a Mag a year ago the setup was done while I waited also a demonstration was given to me as to the operation of this unit. I had to renew my subscription this year so I recently decided to purchase a second Mag for my Den downstairs & also signed up for the Two year service that is now offered at a great price.I now have it on both units !! I will keep in touch with First Choice TV .
