Yesterday I went to buy a watch.Got what I wanted but had to stay atleast 30 mins. 1 guy at the till,I asked the other sales associate can you please take my payment. She told me that she's not authorized to open the cash register. The manager comes out from the back,looks around and goes back inside. There are people waiting in line to pay but seems like she don't care. Finally I said you can keep your item and I left.

They now charge for boxes (a box that would match the brand of your watch) Isn't that supposed to go along with the watch you're about to purchase? I don't know if this rule applies to others, but this sounded crazy to me. They have great sales, though.
