The employees are always rude and lie to customers. I've had friends who have been accused of stealing when they went to do returns and threatened with calls to security. They lied to my sister and said they don't do returns and then lied and said she has to do it at the same store she bought from. Don't bother calling, they will either tell you they're busy in a rude tone and hang up or will stay on the line but act rude the whole call.
