Very disappointing service. Customer service rep told us no exchange can be done. All other jewelleries happily exchange or return product my husband bought small surprise gift for me which i would like to just exchange we explane the rep but they simply deny to ecxchage even. People michael all other exchange but your company isonly one not willing to listen customers. Very bad won't recommend anyone to buy from crossiron store. Not happy.
