I made a purchase at Fantasy Toys in Medicine Hat and have been unable to return broken item for a refund “Billy” had not unlocked the doors since before Christmas. He apparently will be there to pack up one afternoon. So I phoned the # on Fantasy Toys website for Crossmills mall and reached your customer service who gave this # 1-587-998-9233 which is an unknown name (not announced) and just leave a message..how to get a refund?
