I spent a small fortune buying my two daughters customised stuffed animals. When I was packing up the animals I realised one of the animals had a tag and the other didn't. I'm not a local, and honestly it was not worth a second trip to me go dispute it. My mum went in last minute to exchange something at another store yesterday. It was not a planned trip. But I had my receipt with me. I explained to the store manager about the tag. The fact I was flying to London on Friday evening and most likely I could not make another trip to exchange my daughter's Skye for another. His attitude was so poor and condescending. I guess one customer is of no value. I'm sticking to Disney and toy r us. I've never had a problem with their exceptional customer service.
