We were at Bath & Body Works in Crossiron mills today and had the worst experience ever. My daughter loves the store and wanted to buy some stuff there. We had the misfortune of meeting the manager (Dwayne***) of that store. This individual has zero customer service skills and non-existent managerial skills. My daughter has a SPC card and we asked the lady if she could use it, but were told not unless she has her ID. Which I understand as she didn't have her ID with her. I told the lady we were able to use the card in this store two days ago and nobody asked to see the ID. She said she will ask the manager. Which she did and this is where everything went downhill. Instead of being polite and explaining to us it's against the policy and they cannot do it. Which would have been fine. Instead he was so rude and ignorant and started arguing with us and basically made us feel so very unwelcome. I have never come across such a rude and incompetent manager before. He was not only rude to us but with the girls that work there as well an elderly couple who were trying to get some information regarding the store's return policy. They just decided to walk away and not get into an argument with him. I guess he forgot that it's the customers he was treating so shabbily pay his salary. I don't think I'll ever be going into this store again....especially if he's still there. The girls that work there are amazing and always greet you and help you and treat you with respect. Maybe he should consider taking some lessons in customer service skills from these girls that he is supposedly managing.
