This location is terrible. They almost cost me an additional $800 dollars . If I did not TRIPLE CHECK that May (the tax “specialist” doing my taxes) input all of my correct info, then I would have been screwed. Do not go here. And they’re so nonchalant about their errors.

They did taxes for 2020 with tax owed at $132. Received tax assement from government tax owed $671. H&R block’s big mistake won’t help or call back,manager always not there. I keep asking for money back $104. for tax prep, want to use it to help pay tax owed down. Have already paid the $132 they said I owed. What do I do when they make such horrific mistake?
